How To Apply
Step 1. Contact and Application:
If you would like to ask any questions before submitting an application
please fill in the contact form
instead of the application form. We aim to respond to all inquiry emails within
72 hours.
Step 2: Complete the application either online (here), or off-line (here), and submit it with the Registration Fee of $349 - scroll below for payment options.
By submitting the application, you
certify that you have read, understand and agreed to be bound by our terms of
service. You can access the terms of service document by clicking here.
Step 3: Placement Offer: Within 72 hours, we will confirm receipt of application and what placement we are able to offer you from among your top two choices.
We then submit it to the Country Coordinator for placement; we should be able to send you placement information within 14 days. We guarantee you placement in your top two choices of country and project or your money back.
Step 4: Submit Balance of
Payment and Complete Travel Documentation: Submit the Program Fee 45 days
before your scheduled arrival in the country of placement. Payments made less than 30 days to arrival will incur a $49 late fee. Get your immunization, prepare and submit travel
documentation including air-ticket passport, and visa.
Step 5. Our Continued Support: We will keep on working with you as you prepare to travel, answering any questions you may have until you finally travel and return home.

Registration Fee and Placement Guarantee
A non-refundable registration fee of USD 349 must accompany your application. The Registration Fee is separate from the Program Fee. Your application will only be processed once the registration fee has been received. We guarantee you placement in your first two choices within your first two countries, or other placements of your choice. We will refund your registration fee if we are unable to provide you placement as such.

Online Payment: To pay either the registration or the program fees online by credit or debit card, click here to go to our secure online payment platform.
Offline Payment: You can use a banker's/cashier's check or money order or provide credit card information.

- If you want to apply offline and pay offline, click here to go to the offline application and payment forms. Complete both forms, print and fax, attach or mail your payment with the form.
Acceptable forms of payment are banker's/cashier's check, money order, or by credit (Visa/MasterCard/America Express/Discover).
Please add 2.5% surcharge to all credit card payments. This charge is now waived for all payments made between by September 31, 2008.
